How would you like to double your business capabilities overnight? Or win contracts and tenders that always seem to be just out of reach?

One of the worst kept secrets in achieving massive business growth is to stop doing everything yourself and start building a team of talented people to do everything instead. But when you’re a small business or just getting started, you have to think differently to fast track your growth.

The answer is collaboration.

Join us to learn about the different methods of finding key businesses to combine talents and leverage time and resources to deliver bigger and better projects for clients and growth.

This is an introductory session to what can be a fairly complex area.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have identified a list of potential key partners you might seek to collaborate with, and work sheets to help you effectively manage the relationship.

You will also discover:

  • how to define your potential growth paths and who to collaborate with
  • the different ways you can legally and practically collaborate with other businesses
  • how to manage the ‘what if’ factor to ensure quality partnerships
  • who takes the lead on grants and tenders when leveraging for growth
  • how to manage the relationship throughout collaborative projects.

Bring: Your questions, notebook and pen (or laptop).

Brisbane City Council, with Business In Training, is delivering free workshops to support local businesses to grow and thrive.

Look out for further events in the business series including Mapping your online course (June 2024).
