Level Up for ANU Success
This four-week group introduces you to the challenges you could face at uni – plus some new skills to help you level up - and could save you
We strongly encourage students to enrol in only one group program at a time. Each program involves a significant amount of new information, learning, and personal reflection, and full attendance across all sessions is recommended to gain the most benefit. Taking part in multiple programs simultaneously can feel overwhelming for many students.
You’ve finished school, got your results and your offer to ANU. You’ve said goodbye to family and friends and moved away from home. A new life looms, which is both exciting and a bit scary (procrastination – study routines - or making friends - anyone?).
This four-week introduction to the challenges you could face – plus some new skills to help you level up - could save you lots stress later. Plus you’ll know where the Counselling Centre is, if you ever need us.
This course has been designed by one of the counsellors from ANU Counselling, based in sound psychological practice, using principles from CBT and ACT.
Four Thursdays in March: 5, 12, 19, 26 March, 3.00pm-5.00pm. By signing up, you're committing to attend all four sessions.
