The Team at Grassroots Comedy are proud to present this unique, premium comedy experience! Our One Hour Saturday showcase consist of 5-6 hilarious interstate comedians and talented locals of varying styles, in an action packed pre-dinner show to kick off your night!
Held at the recently renovated Red Room, the Leederville Hotel's upstairs area transforms into a vibrant and entertaining cocktails and comedy experience, featuring some of the best comedians from around the country and touring international acts. We've had some of the world's hottest comedians - Mark Normand (Netflix, Comedy Central, Joe Rogan), Dilruk Jayasinha (Logie Award Winner, Utopia, The Project), Joe Wong (Ellen, Letterman, Colbert), The UK's finest Stephen K Amos (as seen on a decades worth of Channel Ten Comedy Galas), Daniel Muggleton (ABC, Amazon Prime Special), Chris Wainhouse (Rove), Ari Matti (Estonia), Chris Franklin (the Bloke - Aria Award winner) and one of Canada's best comedians, Lars Callieou, perform at our shows.

Certainly, our lounge is upstairs at the Leederville Hotel with a bar inside. With cabaret seating, we have little tables near your seat to rest your drink on.
Club bar opens at 6pm and the show starts at 6:30pm. Our one hour showcase typically allows you to see 4-5 comedians, plus a hilarious MC (who is also a comedian) hosting the show. As audiences typically have dinner bookings right after the event, we almost always finish at 7:30pm (give or take 5)
Given comedy is a subjective experience, we book a variety of performers, from all levels of experience and different styles. The broad spectrum of comedians in our show allows for something for everyone.

Yes, however we're limited spacing due to the capacity planning of the room, please let us know in advance in case we need to rearrange the layout. There is an elevator entrance via The Garden which is next to The Leederville Hotel. Important thing to note, is we are not a companion card affiliate.
We have low seats and we have around 10 high chairs.
