Celebrating Learning Disability Week in Bundaberg

The Deli Bundaberg

Learning Disability Week is held every year at the end of June. In 2022 The All-Abilities Alliance of Bundaberg are coming together to encourage and empower our disability community with a morning tea held at The Deli, Targo Street on Tuesday 28th June at 9am. The public are invited to attend this free morning tea and hear from people in our community who have a learning disability celebrate their successes, and encourage, and empower others. Speakers will share their stories and experiences with everyone, celebrating their contribution to community and successfully meeting their goals. IWC Local Area Coordinators, STEPS Group, Community Access Care and Access Recreation will be onsite to answer questions about how they may be able to assist people in our community with a learning disability.To attend the morning tea registration is essential for catering purposes.
