Are you ready to unlock the secrets to a happier, more fulfilling life? This course will introduce students to the principles and concepts of positive psychology and how they relate to wellbeing. Students will dive into the science of happiness, explore the strengths and virtues that lead to positive life outcomes, and learn how to develop and enhance these qualities.

Students will gain skills and knowledge in self-assessment, gratitude journalling, goal setting, mindfulness, and self-development practice

Morning tea and lunch will be provided each day.

Cost: $50

Note: Students will be required to bring their own laptop or smart device.
