Learn for Credit - Criminal Law and Procedure

A career in law can be intellectually challenging, personally fulfilling, and financially rewarding. Learning from Assistant Professor Dr Matthew Raj, Faculty of Law academic and Founder and Director of the Bond Criminal Law Clinic, you will be immersed in the study of criminal law throughout this course.

Gain practical insight into the exciting world of criminal law, including going to court, criminal offences, criminal defences, and the powers relied upon by police.

Students will participate in practical group work preparing advice, and refining their writing skills and oral presentation skills by preparing submissions in a moot court.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided each day.

Date: Monday 21 September and Tuesday 22 September 2026

Time: 9am - 2.30pm (Registration at 8:45am)

Location: Bond University

Cost: $99

Note: Students will be required to bring their own laptop or smart device.
