About this event

The Survivors of Kinchela Boys Home have taken their story on the road in the country’s first ever Stolen Generations Mobile Education Centre - telling the truth about what happened to them.Step on to the revamped commuter bus to hear from the survivors, known as the Uncles and to learn thorough archival material, animated film, visual images and timelines as well as interactive materials including an online portal.

The bus will be visiting Parramatta (Macarthur Girls High School) this Sorry Day and two sessions are available. The walk from 105 Phillip Street takes about 10 minutes - if you are coming from a Parramatta office but feel you'll have difficulty walking, please contact the organisers and we'll be pleased to arrange other transport with you.

Places are extremely limited - if you cannot make your session PLEASE make sure that you cancel your ticket well in advance so that someone else can be offered your place.
