This session will discuss Mindfulness, what it is, how it can benefit us, and the different ways you can incorporate it into your daily life.

We will finish the session with a short mindful meditation for you to experience or observe

Mornington Peninsula Library Service (Our Library) has libraries located in Hastings, Mornington, Rosebud and Somerville.
