In 2025, Gen Z makes up about 27% of Australia’s workforce. By 2030, this will climb to 33% making them the single largest generational cohort in the workforce. Leaders are increasingly required to navigate teams with five generations from Boomers to Gen Alpha working side by side.

In this workshop, participants will explore the changes and challenges of leading mixed generations in their workplace.

Following the program, participants will be able to:

  • Identify key characteristics of current generations in the workplace
  • Reflect on their own unconscious bias with different generations
  • Build strategies to connect and work with the diversity and strengths of different generations in a single workplace.

*Learning outcomes derived from The Multi Generational Workplace - Full Day Program
