Welcome to Leadership Futures!

Leadership Futures is a program designed to enhance leaders’ ability to innovate, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders and their team. This program also helps participants discover who they are as a leader, by providing the opportunity to focus on personal growth and development, equipping themselves for senior leadership roles within the APS.

Who this program is for:

Senior Leaders in the Public Sector.

Program Inclusions:

• Topical modules
• Guest speaker presentations
• Peer coaching
• Access to self-paced learning
• Two executive coaching sessions

As a participant, you will attend 5 sessions over the course of 2 months supported by two executive coaching sessions, peer learning circles, and guest speakers. As part of the program, you will be invited to bring a primary leadership challenge that we work through collectively to build insight and strategies for progress.

17 - 18 June 2026 - Sessions 1 and 2

22 - 23 July 2026 - Sessions 3 and 4

20 August 2026 - Session 5
