Topic 1: Develop self awareness
The workshop starts with asking participants to identify their current leadership style, values and what steps are needed to be the leader they hope to be.

Topic 2: Communication
Most of the people we meet we can effectively communicate with. But all of us have worked with a colleague or manager that we feel as if we speak completely different languages. Understanding our own strengths and limitations when it comes to communication can be the most valuable insight you can have. But the willingness to understand how to adapt your style to find a common and shared understanding can make a huge difference to your work environment. This topic will help you find practical ways to communicate more effectively with those you find the most difficulty with.
