Leadership Forum: Placed-based Services and Delivery

Join us for Placed-based Services, a Leadership Forum on the importance of community-led and place-based integrated services and delivery

The role of local trusted and embedded place-based organisations remains crucial in supporting the health and wellbeing of communities, contributing to liveability and people's access to opportunities and services where they live.

The Forum, featuring Minister Tanya Plibersek, Minister for Social Services, is delivered in partnership with Centre for Western Sydney, Centre for Health Equity Training, Research and Evaluation - UNSW International Centre for Future Health Systems, and City of Parramatta. The Forum will focus on place-based service delivery, highlighting approaches which are embedded in local communities, integrated across service systems, and which amplify community voices and community decision-making.

As part of the Western Sydney Leadership Forum series, this Forum provides a platform for leaders to escalate and intensify service delivery and social and cultural goals in greater Western Sydney. The Forums in this series foster dialogue and collaborative strategies, and deepen connections with leaders.
