Course Description:

  1. Leadership Principles: Introduction to leadership concepts, historical overview, theories, and modern examples.
  2. Situational Leadership: Exploring different approaches based on situations: telling, selling, participating, and delegating.
  3. Personal Inventory: Assessing one's leadership style based on Kouzes and Posner's model, creating an action plan, and setting goals.
  4. Modelling the Way: Becoming an inspirational role model and influencing others positively.
  5. Inspiring a Shared Vision: Crafting and communicating a compelling vision that engages others.
  6. Challenging the Process: Fostering innovation, recognizing opportunities for improvement, and advocating for change.
  7. Enabling Others to Act: Empowering others, fostering respect and trust within teams.
  8. Encouraging the Heart: Recognizing and celebrating achievements to motivate and build a positive culture.
  9. Basic Influencing Skills: Understanding persuasion, influence principles, and creating impact.
  10. Setting Goals: Establishing SMART goals, planning for the long term, and building support systems.
  11. Wrapping Up: Reflections, lessons learned, and completing action plans and evaluations.

Each module delves into specific aspects of leadership, providing practical insights and tools for personal and professional growth in this domain.

Certification

Once after the training you receive course completion certificate from Australian Centre for Research and Learning (ACRL)
