Be able lead others to set strategic direction, goals and drive team and individual accountability for results.

Supportive Leadership:

Be able to match communication with anyone and everyone and run highly effective meetings.

Self Leadership:

Be able to lead self and others with effective vulnerability & compassion.

Advancing Capability: Lead ‘Next Level’ Program

Day 2

The Lead ’Next Level’ 1 day Masterclass is an advanced program for leaders who have completed the Essentials program and/or have significant previous leadership skills and training. In the ‘Next Level’ masterclass you’ll develop the executive level leadership capabilities needed for mastery in both HPT and LFS which form the basis for our ‘Advanced Practitioner’ leadership certification.

Strategic Leadership:

Be able to effectively manage competing agendas and complex change.

Supportive Leadership:

Be able to adjust leadership x team performance & master body language behind effective feedback

Self Leadership:

Be able to manage the risk of emotional self suppression and have a balanced life strategy
