About this event

  • 1 hour

Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre will be presenting a free education session on Planning Ahead. We will cover wills, Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship and Advanced Care Directives. Many common questions will be answered, including why make these documents, how do you make them, do you have to make them, how do you change them, and what happens if your situation changes.

If you are thinking about planning ahead, or if you have have these documents written, this education session will detail important information and options to consider when writing or changing these documents.

There will be a chance to ask the solicitor questions at the end of the presentation, and resources handed out to take home.
