Start your day with a Laughter Workshop with fun interactive laughter activities, breathing exercises and stress relief techniques. We will also have a presentation covering how to be best prepared for an emergency disaster with all participants receiving a FREE Mini Emergency Hand Crank Portable Radio & Charger and an Emergency Document Holder, worth over $55.

Sharon Gambrill is a Laughter Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Presenter. Her signature workshop is a combined laughter, wellbeing, and stress-relief session.

Light refreshments will be provided. This event is being delivered as part of Seniors Festival 2026.

This event is being held in The Cove Room of the Lane Cove Council Civic Centre building, 48 Longueville road, Lane Cove. It is accessible next to customer service.
