January - Read a book with a beach/holiday setting

February - Read a book by a Melbourne author

March - Read a biography

April - Read a recent award winner

May - Read a science fiction or fantasy

June - Special Warm Winter Read edition! Read a book set in winter/snow and join us for hot chocolate and chat.

July - Read a book by a First Nations author

August - Read a book translated into English from another language

September - Read a mystery

October - Read a book chosen by the cover alone (don’t read the synopsis!)

November - Read a book of short stories

December - Read a historical fiction
