IS THIS FOR ME?

Have you thought about a retreat before but the thought of anything too strict or ‘hardcore’ has put you off? Because let’s face it, that’s just not where you’re at!

You want to create more joy, fun & vitality in your life.

You’re not into going raw vegan for a week and you don’t want to consume nothing but green juices for the entire time.

You’ve heard a lot about the latest buzz words ‘mindfulness & meditation’, you’re curious about building these into your life, but need help to make it a daily practice as well as understand how they can be adapted to suit you and your lifestyle.

You want some time to chill out & to explore a beautiful country & culture. A couple of massages & pool time wouldn’t hurt either.

You love food and different cuisines and understand how you get to explore a culture through its’ food & connect to the land and its’ people…so a local cooking class to learn how to recreate delicious and fragrant Laos food at home is right up your alley!

You’re ready to have some fun whilst you learn the common secrets that build more joy and vitality in your life, develop deeper connection to yourself and those around you and explore a stunning location.

I’m taking just 8 people on an EXCLUSIVE RETREAT to the magical land of LAOS in July 2020 for a deeply immersive experience to unlocking your best years yet!

ABOUT LAOS

Luang Prabang slows your pulse and awakens your imagination with its combination of world-class comfort and spiritual nourishment. Sitting at the sacred confluence of the Mekong River and the Nam Khan (Khan River), nowhere else can lay claim to this Unesco-protected gem's romance of 33 gilded wats, saffron-clad monks, faded Indochinese villas and exquisite fusion cuisine.

Beyond the evident history and heritage of the old French town are aquamarine waterfalls, top trekking opportunities, meandering mountain-bike trails, kayaking trips, river cruises and outstanding natural beauty, the whole ensemble encircled by hazy green mountains.

- Lonely Planet

I have travelled in Laos twice and I can tell you it’s one of my most favourite and sacred places. I hold it close & dear to my heart.

From the incredible sunsets on the banks of the Mekong to the gilded wats (temples) and romantic French colonial buildings to the vibrant & colourful night markets and delicious local cuisine (Mekong River weed a surprising favourite), not to mention the magical and serene landscape, it’s one spectacular country!

On a sad note, Laos also holds the tragic honour of being the most heavily bombed country per capita in history. From 1964 to 1973, the U.S. dropped more than two million tons of ordnance on Laos during 580,000 bombing missions—equal to a planeload of bombs every 8 minutes, 24-hours a day, for 9 years.

Hence why I’ll be donating a portion of the profits from this retreat to help continue to clear the 70 Million plus unexploded bombies still littering the country.

Don’t worry, you won’t be heading into these areas or at risk, but it’s something close to my heart that I want to help contribute towards.
