Welcome to Ladies HealthyBones Classes!

Healthy Bones 4us offers weekly exercise classes for ladies and men over the age of 60.

You will be guided through safe and specific exercises to help keep your bones and muscles strong. We work on your balance, agility, mobility and flexibility including co-ordination and reflex/reaction drills.

All the things required to help slow down the ageing process and be more steady on your feet. To help give you longevity with quality, and to keep your independence for as long as you can.

Classes only cost you $20 for the hour.
Wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
Bring a towel and water bottle.

The Healthy Bones Center is committed to providing a safe and professional exercise environment. When you first sign up, we will examine your injuries, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation conditions. Our experienced trainers will then work with you to come up with achievable goals. These professionals will always be with you and guide you throughout your time at our fitness centre, so at no time are you left to your own devices.

You can either choose private sessions or group sessions. The sessions are typically low to moderate intensity and suitable for any fitness level or ability. In addition, we ensure that each workout routine resembles your daily activities.
