This 3-hour experience is gently structured to support your body, mind, and heart, while leaving space for rest, integration, and connection.
Kundalini Yoga Practice
We will begin with a guided Kundalini Yoga session including breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement, mantra, and deep relaxation. The practice is accessible and adaptable, with options offered throughout. No prior experience is needed.
Meditation & Nervous System Regulation
Through meditation and stillness, you’ll be supported to slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner awareness.
Women’s Circle
We will gather in a women’s circle for reflection and optional sharing. This is a confidential, respectful space where every woman is honoured. Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation.
Tea & Integration
light tea will be provided to support grounding, warmth, and integration as we transition between practices.
