Kundalini Yoga is a powerful yet accessible practice that combines movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and deep relaxation. Each class offers an opportunity to strengthen the nervous system, calm the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with your innate wisdom.
Classes are held in a supportive, inclusive space and are suitable for all levels. You are always encouraged to honour your body, rest when needed, and move at your own pace. No previous experience is necessary.
Whether you are seeking stress relief, greater clarity, emotional balance, or a deeper sense of self-awareness, this practice invites you to come home to yourself.
What to expect:
- Gentle and dynamic Kundalini Yoga kriyas
- Conscious breathwork
- Mantra and meditation
- Gong relaxation ( sound healing)
- Deep relaxation
- A welcoming, heart-centred environment
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to feel at ease.
