Cancellation Policy - exclusive of handling fee

• Up to 6 days before the event: Full refund.

• From 5 days to 24 hours before the event: 50% refund.

However, if you’re able to find someone to take over your ticket, we’ll assist with the transfer. In this case, a full refund (with no fees) will apply.

• Within 24 hours of the event: No refund, and cancellation fees apply.
