This event will be held in the Events Room, Ruth Faulkner Library

The six suburbs that make up today’s City of Belmont have evolved over many decades. From significant Aboriginal sites to Chinese market gardens, migrant hostels to wartime landmarks, there are many stories that reflect a range of experiences. Who knows what secrets might be uncovered in your own backyard! In this session, we will explore the history of the suburb of Belmont.

Participants will have the opportunity to join in the discussion and share their own memories of the City’s suburbs in the second half of this session.

Wine and cheese will be served upon arrival.
