Come together for a cozy day of knitting, delicious soup & giving back to our community. Your completed beanies will be donated to those in need or you can use it to keep your own head warm this winter!

Improve your wool-being with knitting! Knitting has many wellbeing benefits:

  • knitting can be used as an active mindfulness strategy to focus your attention & breath.
  • knitting workshops, craft retreats & charity knitting groups are a great way to spend time with friends and make new ones.
  • the unique knitted accessories, homewares & toys you create can become treasured gifts for friends & family.
  • you can support the wellbeing of others & the planet by curating a unique, sustainable hand-knitted wardrobe from natural fibres.

Complete beginners are encouraged to come along - all materials & tools provided. Please let us know your dietary requirements at the time of booking.

About Pru: Pru Raymond is an educator & creative who has been knitting since childhood. Knitting is her daily mindfulness practice, a creative outlet & an act of craftivism. She values her knitting workshops as a space for people to expand social & neural connections through creating.
