USI Number
All students undertaking nationally recognised training in Australia will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is like an account number made up of letters and numbers which allows you to access your training records and results. Am I required to complete online learning before my course?
Yes, as this is being run in an express format.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you wish to change the date of your booking you must contact our office on 1300 054 563 at least 2 weeks prior to your training date.
Who pays for my training?
Kmart Australia Head Office will be invoiced for your training. However, if you fail to attend the session you are booked for, Hero HQ has been directed to charge the individual store directly.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No.
Dress code
Please wear comfortable clothing and you must wear closed toed shoes.
