Enjoy a visual kite display and kite making workshops with the Adelaide Kite Flyers Association.

Workshops include a short description of the history of kites and kite making and demonstration of how to build a kite.

Participants build their own kite under the guidance of AKFA members

10:30am workshop for 10 participants (12 yrs and under)

12:30pm workshop for 10 participants (13 yrs and older)

10 participants per session, all tasks are age appropriate.

Because of COVID restrictions this event will be ticketed (free).

**If you are unable to attend please cancel your tickets so that others can participate**

It is a condition of entry that you adhere to social distancing guidelines and observe directions given by volunteers and staff to keep yourself and other spectators safe.

Do not attend the event if you have flu like symptoms, have been interstate within the last 14 days or are generally unwell.

Please note the Hot Weather Policy that all activities will be cancelled if the forecast is over 38 degrees, strong winds may also cause the activity to be cancelled.
