Experience the magic and power of Kinesiology for yourself and learn tools for life to maintain and improve your health, your body and your mind.

• Over 2 days, Touch for Health Level 1 introduces the basics of Kinesiology for both lay people and professionals.

• You will learn muscle monitoring to assess the primary energy meridians and be able to perform the standard TFH goal balancing session using physical, emotional and energetic techniques to balance your mind, body and energy.

• The theory of TFH and the meridian energy system are introduced and the western reflex techniques that are used to restore balance -Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.

• Benefits include: improving posture, reducing pain and stress, improving focus and emotional balance, enhancing vitality and mental performance to be better equipped to reach to goals and outcomes you desire.

2 day training Saturday & Sunday 7th & 8th March 2026

9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Fee for level 1 $725.00
