If you can't get enough of eating kimchi, this is the class for you.</p><p>This small-group workshop includes:</p><ul><li>Lunch featuring the humble ferment and a glass of wine or beer</li><li>Recipes to follow later when making your next batch</li><li>Your own batch from the workshop to take home and ferment</li><li>A jar of ready to eat kimchi</li></ul>
