KidsROAR Parent & Carer Information Session!

KidsROAR is committed to the prevention of abuse on children and adults through education of Protective Behaviours.

We are conducting a FREE online information session to support parents and carers with how you can equip children with tools and strategies to increase their protective factors and help prevent child abuse in our community.

During the session we explain the importance of starting personal safety education as early as possible and demonstrate how ongoing reinforcement of the skills and strategies can ensure children feel empowered to protect their own personal safety.

Topics covered include:

• Introducing Protective Behaviours
• Statistics on abuse and current activity
• Information on offenders and the grooming process
• Tools and strategies parents and carers can use to empower children
• What is included in the KidsROAR session for children
