Bloom Kids yoga for 8-12yrs. This class is designed for the pre-teen mind, we begin to incorporate more yogic concepts while still encouraging a fun age appropriate approach. Encouraging team work through partner poses, along with individualised progress.

At Studio Bloom, our kids yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to nurture physical health, emotional resilience, and mindfulness in young learners. These sessions cater specifically to children aged 8 to 12 and are structured to be engaging, accessible, and supportive for all skill levels.

The classes focus on foundational yoga postures that promote flexibility, balance, and strength while encouraging self-awareness through breath work and guided relaxation techniques. Each session integrates playful elements such as storytelling, music, and games, fostering an environment where children can explore movement and mindfulness in a fun and non-competitive way.

We create a safe, inclusive space where kids feel comfortable expressing themselves while building confidence and reducing stress. Through consistent practice, participants develop improved concentration, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of calm that benefits both their academic and social lives.

  • We provide all equipment + resources, however you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish
