Family Yoga & Mindfulness – Connect, Move & Unwind Together
Join us in Gympie for a relaxed, inclusive Family Yoga & Mindfulness Class designed to bring kids, teens, and families together through movement, breath, and presence.
Children and teens are welcome to attend on their own from age 8+, while younger children are welcome when participating alongside a parent or caregiver. This class is not about mastering perfect poses — it’s about connection, stretching, having fun, and learning how to focus and calm our minds together.
Each session includes a playful blend of:
- Gentle yoga and stretching
- Partner and group poses to encourage connection
- Mindfulness games and activities
- Simple breathwork and relaxation
- Moments of stillness and reflection
The class is designed to support connection with ourselves and each other, offering a calm, supportive space to slow down after a busy day.
Benefits for families include:
- Strengthening family connection and communication
- Winding down and regulating after busy school and work days
- Learning simple tools to calm the mind and body
- Building body awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience
- Enjoying quality, screen-free time together
- Creating shared moments of movement, laughter, and relaxation
Your welcome and encouraged to bring your own mat. There are mats available to borrow (please contact to let me know) and other resources are provided — just bring a drink bottle.
