Workshops:
Tuesday 7th April, 10am-1pm - Ages 6-9 years
Wednesday 8th April, 10am-1pm - Ages 10+ years
What will each immersive workshop look like....
Nature Walk and Creative project
Each workshop will involve a different nature art project and will focus around collectiing treasures (sticks, feathers, and leaves) we find on a nature walk.....
After the walk, we will all gather outside on the deck, under the Manna Gums, and we will transform the nature items into a unique and beautiful keepsake to take home.
Sound Healing
After a nature walk and creative activity, the kids will settle into the beautiful Manna Hall to explore sound and vibration, discovering how these can help them feel calm. They’ll get to see the instruments used in a sound healing session before settling in for a 30-minute sound healing journey to experience the calming effects firsthand.
Children are sure to return home feeling relaxed, happy, grounded, and fulfilled after exploring nature, expressing themselves creatively, and experiencing the calming benefits of sound healing.
Children will need to bring a water bottle, and lunch to enjoy during the day.
Limited spots are available to ensure kids have support with their creative projects and also to enjoy an intimate sound healing session at the end.
Cost $80 (3 hours all inclusive)

Lucy Ennis - Sound Circle Founder & Faciliator / Passionate Creative and Nature Lover
Lucy Ennis, with an honors degree in Psychology/Psychophysiology and Yoga teacher training, is passionate about self-improvement and holistic healing. Inspired by her firsthand experiences with sound healing, she pursued a diploma in the field and deepened her knowledge through studies in India.
She founded Sound Circle to share the transformative benefits of sound, using instruments such as Crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, monolina, and other healing tools to guide participants into deep relaxation and balance of mind, body, and spirit. Lucy has also introduced a Wellness program at Elwood Primary School, leading after-school sound healing sessions that help children manage anxiety, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
With four young children of her own, Lucy also understands the importance of creativity and play based learning, and so is passionate about bringing fun nature based creative projects to kids of all ages. She and her family recently moved to Red Hill to be closer to nature and to foster these workshops with kids...... so is super excited to be collaborating with The Cambium for the first of these sessions in September.
