Let your child’s imagination run wild in this fun, hands-on painting workshop where young artists paint and decorate their very own plaster pot. This engaging activity encourages creativity, colour exploration, and personal expression, with each child creating a unique piece to take home.

Crafted from smooth plaster, the pot is easy to paint and provides an ideal surface for experimenting with colour, brushwork, and simple patterns. All materials are provided, including paints and brushes, making the session accessible and enjoyable for all.

About the Artist

Melbourne-based artist Angelina Mirabito brings a background in Creative Writing (PhD) and a practice shaped by her Italian heritage. Also using unconventional materials and tools—palette knives, sticks, hands, and ladles—she builds layered surfaces that translate internal experiences into vibrant, tactile paintings. Her work explores the intersection of emotion, movement, and materiality, drawing attention to the physical and sensory depth of abstract expression.
