Kids Corner with Aunty Liz (Canterbury/Bankstown)

Do you have children aged 2-5 or homeschool kids? Bring them every Wednesday for an educational kids corner.

Kids Corner with Aunty Liz is a culturally grounded early learning program designed to nurture curiosity, confidence, and connection in young children.

Through guided nature play, storytelling, creative arts, movement, and sensory activities, children are supported to explore the world around them in a safe and welcoming environment. Aunty Liz gently introduces age-appropriate learning about caring for Country, respect, community, and cultural awareness, while encouraging creativity, self-expression, and emotional regulation.

Sessions are hands-on and interactive, giving children the opportunity to build early literacy skills, strengthen social development, and develop a positive sense of identity through play.

Kids Corner is about learning through joy — fostering connection to nature, culture, and one another in a way that feels inclusive, nurturing, and empowering.
