Do I already need to be able to run a certain pace?

Absolutely not. We've created the meet ups to support everyone. Whether you're just starting your running journey or can confidentially run the meet up is for you.

What do I need to bring?

Lace up and bring your gear ready to run. Please note there is no bag drop so only bring what you can run with.

Do I have to go every week?

You don't have to attend every week but please only register for weeks you can make to ensure there's space for everyone.

Can I bring a friend?

You sure can but please make sure they register. Tickets are limited to one per person as waivers must be completed by each runner attending.
