I f you have a current Medicare card this class will be free - please note if you are asked for payment please contact North Metropolitan Health Services (08) 6457 7991 and report and suspicious activity.
Women who have delivered their baby at KEMH or OPH (and have a valid Medicare card) are welcome to attend this education class. This class can be attended at any time after delivery (until your baby is 6 months of age) and includes information relevant to the early postnatal period.
For your safety please make sure you check-into class on time as you may not be able to join in if you are late.
Once this class has been completed and you have had your 6 week check up with your GP/Midwife you can book into the follow up classes which are held on a Monday morning starting at 11.00 am. These will be more exercise based.
