What's the catch? Why is this event free?

You're right. This event isn't free, but all expenses have been paid for you by the Sunshine Coast Council grants program and our generous hosts Little Mountain Church, because they know it will help people and families in the community.

Is this a religious event?

No. Although it's hosted in a church property, Keeping Your Cool is not a religious event, and all are welcome.

Will I be pressured into something I wasn't signing up for?

No. This is a stand-alone event to give you tools and strategies you can begin to use straight away to start getting on top of your temper. If you feel like you are wanting more resources or opportunities to do further work, we will simply be letting you know about other courses coming up soon.

Can I invite a friend or partner?

Absolutely! But to help us with event catering, and to make sure we save you a seat, it would be a great help if each person could please register to attend.
