About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

If you've ever ever lost your temper at home, then said regrettable things to the people you love, then this free community seminar is just for you.

Seminar presenter Matt Boulton is the author of Changing Tools, and the Circuit Breaker program, and a former relationship and anger-management counsellor. Matt understands the pain and embarrassment a bad temper can cause; having endured his own painful marital separation 30 years ago.

In this seminar, Matt will share the practical tools and strategies he's been using for over 24 years to help people control their temper, resolve conflict and find new levels of peace, trust and intimacy in their relationships.

The event is supported by Bundaberg Regional Council and a host of local organisations, to make life better for families in this city. Drinks and nibbles will be provided, so why not bring your partner or a few mates and make a night of it?

Register now to avoid disappointment. Numbers limited.

What's the catch? Why is this event free?

You're right. This event isn't free, but all expenses have been paid FOR you by our generous hosts & donors (Peirson Services – Bundaberg Family Counselling & Youth Services, Salvation Army, Bundaberg Baptist Church, Bundaberg Church of Christ & Bundaberg Regional Council), for the good of the city.

Is this a religious event?

No. Keeping Your Cool is not a religious event. There are several churches sponsoring this event, but the content of the evening is not of a religious nature, nor will you be force-fed any spiritual content.

Will I be pressured into something I wasn't signing up for?

Can I invite a friend or partner?

Absolutely! But to help us with food and beverage catering, it would be a great help if each person could please register to attend.
