Karuna Level One & Two

Karuna calls forward the motivating quality of enlightened beings who are working to alleviate the suffering on Earth.

Karuna utilises sacred symbology, chanting and the vibration of the voice as a wave and carrier for Karuna energy. It is through sound that the healing frequencies can penetrate more deeply on a cellular level within the physical body.

𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝟏 ‘𝑫𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔’

Karuna Level One, day one of the training, allows the student to:

◦ Develop an understanding of the philosophy and history of Karuna

◦ Uncover a deeper understanding of the Pillars of Karuna

◦ Embark on a journey of self-discovery through a supportive environment and an experiential curriculum

◦ Observe practical demonstrations from an experienced facilitator and receive personalised support in a nurturing environment

◦Be a part of an intimate group and engage in healing swaps to release personal barriers, blockages and patterns that may be preventing personal expansion

◦ Immerse in a gentle activation and attunement to attain four sacred Karuna symbols. Passed from a Karuna Master Teacher, this process will enable you to use and activate Karuna from within

◦ Develop an understanding of chanting with symbols and vibrational toning and how these practices can enhance your self-healing and meditation practice

◦ Create a sacred space for reflective journaling based on taught skills and explorations

◦ Be a part of a community engaging in discussion, observation, reflection and practical application of taught skills

Karuna Level Two, day two of the training, allows the student to:

◦ Have the space to integrate taught concepts from Level One and engage in reflective discussion to assimilate prior learning

◦Learn how to up-level your intuitive abilities

◦Discover how meditation can assist in expanding your consciousness

◦Channel the Karuna to deepen your sense of oneness and connection to all living things on the Earth

◦Receive four new powerful symbols to add to your Reiki healing toolbox​

◦Explore an array of techniques to implement and incorporate Karuna into a treatment or a guided session for a client

◦Create a sacred space for reflective journaling based on taught skills and explorations

◦Be a part of a community engaging in practical explorations, discussion, reflection and beautifully guided meditations.

◦ A certificate upon completion of ten hours of training

◦ A detailed course workbook to support your Karuna practice

◦ Vegan lunch, snacks and Australian-made tea are provided on both days

OUR FOUNDER

Meredith is an emotional and energetic healer and Reiki Master Teacher. She is an intuitive who is passionate about supporting men and women to access different tools, techniques and mindfulness practices to enable them to step into the most authentic version of who they are.

Meredith's journey has led her to study forms of embodied dance, meditation, energetic and emotional clearing, Usui Reiki, Seichim, and the Divine Feminine. She is an educator with fifteen years of experience.

Wellbeing Arc also offers one-on-one energetic healing treatments, meditation courses, Reiki Level One, Seichim Level One, Karuna, Reiki Master Level Three and Reiki Master Teacher training.
