What is KAP?

KAP, known as the Kundalini Activation Process, serves as a direct conduit for life force energy transmission, facilitating the awakening of Kundalini, also known as life force energy. Throughout this journey, you will harness the power of your creative life force energy alongside exploring non-dual states of consciousness. Through relaxation and embracing receptivity, your innate life force will flow within, dissolving any barriers hindering your elevation to a heightened state of awareness.


What happens during the KAP session?
In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. As you surrender and release, the facilitator will gently guide the transmission of energy by intuitively connecting with various points on your body and harmonising with your energy field.

Preparation for before your session :

  • Avoiding alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before the session
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Eating light (choose fruits or veggies) in the morning or 3 hours before the session.
  • Drink plenty of water.

Who SHOULD NOT attend a KAP session?

This practice is not suitable for people with the conditions below:


  • People who are experiencing serious mental health illnesses such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, delusional and bipolar.
  • People diagnosed with epilepsy
  • Pregnant women in their third trimester

What is KAP?

KAP stand for Kundalini Activation Process. KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening. In a KAP session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations.

Is KAP same to Kundalini Yoga?

No, During Kundalini yoga or breath work, energy activation is forced. In KAP, the power comes from the top, the crown chakra, and moves down through the body, which means you only let in as much energy as you’re able to handle. making it more gentle.

Who founded KAP?

KAP was founded by Venant Wong, who is, according to his website bio,” a transmission vehicle, transmitting the raw life force of kundalini”.

I have no experience with Energy, Yoga and meditation. Can I still attend?

YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a KAP class is with a beginner’s mind. If you are sensitive to this energy, it has nothing to do with experience; KAP is about feeling, not knowing. All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind.

What is difference between the Online Class and in Person KAP class?

The online classes are not much different to the in-person classes. Some people are more relaxed to receive energy in a group, while others prefer the comfort of their homes. This can affect the intensity one feels in a session.
