June - Vibrational Activation - Womans Circle

A womans circle adaptation of the Vibrational Drum Meditation, created by Gina Newport- Drum Therapy.

The fundamental principles of the meditation are the same, but the participants will be actively involved in the creation of the sound and Vibrational upliftment, using an array of percussion instruments and vocal sounds.

expressing your own frequency of love, then combining this with each member's unique expression, creating a positive vibrational shift.

The trick will be how willing and able you are to let go of the ego, how you think others will perceive you and how you perceive others.
