The on-course ATM and Bookmakers will be operating.
The 5 race card will kick off after 1pm.
All of our facilities including bar, canteen and betting will be operating as normal.

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if local racing is cancelled by QRIC Stewards or the event is cancelled by the club. Our facility caters for all weather conditions and refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
Partial or full refunds may be issued at The Club's discretion should weather effect marquee bookings, however in the first instance The Club will endeavour to relocate booked seating including marquees into covered areas out of the weather.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Children 15 and under are free and do not require a ticket . All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
General Admission Tickets will be required for entry and must be purchased in addition to any table or marquee bookings. These tickets can be purchased at the gate as well as online prior to race days.
Current GTC Members are entitled to free entry and do not need to purchase tickets on Eventbrite. You must still present your proof of current membership at entry. All other entry conditions also apply.
Owners of horses racing on this race day do not need to purchase tickets on Eventbrite. You must present valid ID at entry and your name will be checked against acceptances on the day. All other entry conditions also apply.
Trainers, Staff and Core Personnel do not need to purchase tickets but should have your Racing Queensland identification on your person at all times.
All patrons must adhere to any directives given by on-course Security and/or GTC Officials.
ENTRY
You MUST present your e-ticket or phone for scanning at the entry gate.
SEATING & HOSPITALITY
Canteen menu & platters will be available. Catering can be organised by contacting Green Pepper Catering - see our website for details.

No. Our onsite canteen will be operating for food purchases.
Yes, but no balloons or any items that can become loose and end up on the race track. Items bought onto our grounds will be searched by security/race day staff to ensure the safety of our horses, trainers and jockeys.
Green Pepper Catering can assist with all dietary requests.
Our bar list can be found on our website along with pricing. We are unable to cater for special requests. We operate with Drink Tickets only throughout the venue
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase (EFTPOS Only) Monday-Friday the week leading up to the race day from Green Pepper Catering onsite at the race course from 6am to 12noon daily. For larger purchases or to pay by direct debit, please email your order to bookings@gladstoneturfclub.com.au
Yes, there is an ATM at the venue, but Eftpos is available throughout the facility for all purchases. (Cash only at Bookmakers).
