A JRS program to assist students in their Audition Preparation for the Western Australian Gifted and Talented Program

JRS has designed this tiered program to assist applicants to prepare for the WA Gifted and Talented Scholarships in Music Theatre.

About...

This program has been designed to to promote confidence and practice to ensure a positive audition experience. Strengths are highlighted and enhanced, and areas for improvement are workshopped to ensure a positive audition experience.

JRS Facilitators work individually and in small groups, scaffolding a likely audition environment.

Goal setting and Reflection tools prepare participant's minds for what is required in the audition room.

We partner with parents to ensure full support for the auditionee.

Our holistic approach ensures that regardless of audition outcomes, student's resiliance, self belief and self esteem will be strengthened.

Due to applications closing on the 6 February, we anticipate you will receive your pack prior to the 10 February.

Our program contains 2 sessions:

Session 1

• Practical Audition Prep. 60 minute individual lesson. Wednesday Feb 11 (slots 1pm onwards)

Session 2

• Friday Feb 13, 4-5.30pm - 1.5 hour Group Audition Prep

NB: If your child receives a call-back, please attend our Callback Workshops.

Drama: TBC
