This Workshop has been designed to to promote confidence and ensure a positive callback audition experience. Strengths are enhanced and areas for improvement are workshopped to ensure a positive performance.
JRS Facilitators work with participants individually and in small groups, scaffolding a likely callback audition and interview environment and using goal setting/reflection tools to prepare participants for what is required in this final step of the application process.
JRS uses a holistic approach that strengthens one's self belief and self esteem, regardless of outcome.
