Join us for a nurturing evening of self-connection through journalling, sound healing, and pranayama (breathwork) meditation. This event is a sanctuary for stillness, allowing you to soften, unwind, and deeply restore.
We begin with a short guided journalling session to centre the mind and open the heart. From there, you'll be guided into a deeply immersive Sound Journey designed to soothe the nervous system and bring your body into a state of resonance and calm.
Details:π Journalling begins at 5:40pm if you would like to arrive early and settle inπ΅ Sound Journey runs from 6:00pm to 7:30pm (doors locked at 6:00pm sharp)π Joan Muir Community Centre, Turf Street, Grafton
π« What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses specific frequencies and vibrations to shift brainwaves, allowing the body to relax, release, and restore. As you lie down supported by cushions and blankets, you'll be bathed in tones from crystal bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments that help ease tension, quiet the mind, and rebalance energy.
π What to Bring:
To support your comfort throughout the session, please bring:
- π§ββοΈ Yoga mat
- π Cushion for your head
- π Pillow for under your knees
- π§£ Blanket or throw
- πΆ Eye cushion or small towel
- π Loose, comfortable clothing & socks
- π§ Water bottle
- π Journal & pen (optional, for after the session)
πΌ Important Info:
- Doors open: 5:45pm β arrive early to set up your nest
- Doors lock: 6:00pm sharp β no late entry to preserve the calm space
- Refunds: Available up to 3 days before the event
- Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you canβt attend

This session may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, have pacemakers, heart conditions, severe anxiety, hearing sensitivities, or sound-induced epilepsy. If any of these apply, please contact the facilitator prior to the session so we can adjust your experience accordingly.
