Are you aged 14 - 24 years and passionate about music, putting on all - ages events, and making a difference in your community?
Amped Up (Merri-bek's Freeza Committee) are now looking for new members to join!
You will have the opportunity to run festivals and events, gain hands-on music industry experience & connect with and have fun with like-minded people.
You will learn skills in event management, audio & lighting, risk assessment, budgets, booking artists & performers, marketing and promotion & managing events on the day.
You'll enjoy Amped up if:
🎸 You like music, or sound production, or photography or event management
🎸 You want to meet and socialise with other young people in your community
🎸 You find running & organising events fun
🎸 You want to develop your event management skills and connections with the music industry
🎸 You want to make a difference in your community
🌟This group is fully supervised by Merri-bek Council staff and facilitated by Steve from Merri-bek Youth.
