This meeting is an important opportunity for members to stay informed, ask questions, participate in elections, and help shape the Chamber’s strategic direction for the coming year.

All committee positions for 2025 are declared vacant. Nominations are encouraged for:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• 5 General Committee Members

Nomination forms must:

✔ Be in writing
✔ Be signed by two (2) members
✔ Include written consent from the nominee
✔ Be delivered to the Secretary no later than 7 days before the AGM
