This workshop menu will change by season as fresh seasonal produce in a key element of Japanese cooking. This is Winter version! Participants will learn to prepare 5-6 winter dishes during this workshop. Not only will you learn to cook these dishes, but you will also learn Japanese table ettiqette and setting, and how to serve int he uniquely Japanese way. After cooking, we all eat together so that you can have plenty of time to speak to Yoko.
