We’ll start in Kansai, the tour lasts a total of 7 nights. .We’re thrilled your keen to join us for this exciting adventure.

This getaway is an exclusive over 40 tour, you can live anywhere in Australia and either fly out of your city or meet us in Melbourne. Both an option you can discuss with our travel agent Kylie from KB 4 Travel.

PASSPORT Do I need a Passport?

Yes you require a passport with an expiry date OVER 6MTHS from our trip.

Can I come Solo?

Yes, this is a hosted event. You will have 2 friendly hosts to help you throughout the trip. Our last trip to Vietnam 90% of members attended solo, some members had never been overseas and others had not been overseas for years.

Day 1: 16 May 2026 – Kansai Arrival

Upon arrival at Kansai International Airport (KIX), you will be met and transferred to your hotel near the airport. Accommodation at Kansai Stargate Hotel or similar.

Day 2: 17 May 2026 – Kansai - Kyoto City Tour(B,L,D)

After breakfast, depart for a full-day Kyoto City Tour. Visit the scenic Arashiyama Bamboo

Forest, participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony, and explore the stunning Golden Pavilion

(Kinkakuji). Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto Station or similar.

Day 3: 18 May 2026 – Kyoto -Nara -Kyoto (B,L,D)

Today, take a day trip to Nara. Visit the majestic Todai-ji Temple, home to the Great Buddha, and enjoy the company of friendly deer at Nara Deer Park. Later, experience a hands-on Sushi

Making activity. Return to Kyoto for overnight stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto Station or

similar.

Day 4: 19 May 2026 – Kyoto to Hakone and Lake Yamanashi (B,L,D)

After breakfast, board the bullet train from Kyoto Station to Odawara Station. Upon arrival,

travel to Hakone and embark on a scenic cruise on Lake Ashi, followed by a ropeway ride to

Owakudani Valley. Continue to Lake Yamanashi area for overnight accommodation at Motosu Phoenix Hotel or similar. Enjoy Onsen at hotel.

Day 5: 20 May 2026 – Lake Yamanashi to Mount Fuji and Tokyo (B,L)

Today, visit the famous Mount Fuji 5th Station, where you can admire panoramic views and take memorable photos. Continue to Oshino Hakkai, a picturesque village with eight crystal-clear ponds. In the afternoon, travel to Tokyo and check in to your hotel. Accommodation at Metropolitan Ikebukuro or similar.

Day 6: 21 May 2026 – Tokyo City Tour by Local Train(B,D)

After breakfast, explore Tokyo’s vibrant cityscape using local transportation. Visit the serene Meiji Shrine, stroll through the lively Takeshita Street in Harajuku, experience the famous Shibuya Crossing, and enjoy shopping or sightseeing around Shinjuku. Accommodation at Metropolitan Ikebukuro or similar.

Day 7: 22 May 2026 – Tokyo Free Day

Today is free for you to explore Tokyo at your own pace. A Metro Pass will be provided for

unlimited rides on Tokyo’s extensive metro system. No guide or coach service is included today. Accommodation at Metropolitan Ikebukuro or similar.

Day 8: 23 May 2026 – Tokyo to Narita Airport

After breakfast, you will have free time until your transfer to Narita International Airport by

airport limousine bus for your onward flight.

Cost

Total Cost- $4975pp twin share, single supplement $800.

Flights, Travel Insurance and personal expenses excluded, Meals as listed (B,L,D)

$1,500pp deposit will be required when booking, final $ due 2 months before departure.
