This is a chance to share with other families – and to let us know how we can help you as your child grows up. Joining the adult world is challenging for all tweens and teens, but doing this and managing a chronic condition is even harder. Parenting a child going through this process can feel lonely, but there are others in the same situation and solutions to be shared.
